Some Blog Basics (Warning... It's addictive)

If you're not familiar with Blogs let me give you a few pointers:

At the end of each post is the date it was posted and comments. You can select comments and add any thoughts, questions, observations or whatever you'd like. When you select comments a box will pop up and you have three options: Blogger, Other or Anonymous. Select "Other" and you have the option of typing in your name which is very helpful. The word verification is so the Blog doesn't get unwanted spam in the comments section.

The fun part is coming back to visit the blog often and read people's comments and join in on the conversation. If I have read a post previously I will usually scroll to the end of the post and look at the number of comments, if the number has gone up since the last time I viewed them I will click on the comments and scroll up and down to read the newest ones. As the Blogger I will post comments as well in response to someone else's comments.

As time goes by I will get better about how to program this site to show pictures, share links and change the look of my blog. I hope to keep this blog on a positive note however seeing other people's blogs sometimes it may get intense on the conversations between my posts and the comments section. I will hopefully try and keep politics and religion out of the Blog but some of you know how passionate I am about those subjects!

btw... (means "by the way") (for my mother).... I do put spaces between the period in the post, however the Blog pushes it all together when it's posted. Just wanted to let you know I do know proper spacing when writing.
